FAINTING; HEADACHE; FEVER; LIMB DISCOMFORT; CHILLS; NAUSEA; VOMITING; This spontaneous report received from a physician by a Regulatory Authority (RA, PL-URPL-3-13109-2021) on 22-JUN-2022 and concerned a 48 year old of an unspecified sex, race and ethnicity. The patient's height, and weight were not reported. No past medical history or concurrent conditions were reported. The patient received covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (suspension for injection, intramuscular, batch number: 21C18-04 expiry: 30-APR-2023) 0.5 ml, 1 total, first dose administered on 10-JUL-2021 11:14 for covid-19 immunisation. Age at time of vaccination 48 years old. No concomitant medications were reported. On 10-JUL-2021 20:00, the patient experienced fainting, headache, fever, limb discomfort, chills, nausea, and vomiting. Duration of the events fainting, headache, limb discomfort, chills, nausea, vomiting was 16 hours and fever was 24 hours. The action taken with covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s was not applicable. The patient recovered from fainting, headache, fever, limb discomfort, chills, nausea, and vomiting. This report was serious (Other Medically Important Condition).
